CUCUMBER ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ounce of ALB Cucumber Vodka
  • 1 ounce of St. Germain (elderflower liquor)
  • 2 ounces of Club Soda
  • ¼ ounce of lime juice
  • ½ ounce of Simple Syrup
  • Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ALB Vodka with all ingredients into shaker with ice
  2. Shake until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

GRAPEFRUIT

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces of ALB Vodka
  • ¾ ounce of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • Splash of fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Grapefruit slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ALB Vodka with all ingredients into shaker with ice
  2. Shake until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with grapefruit slices

MOSCOW MULE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ ounces of ALB Vodka
  • ½ cup of Barrows Intense Ginger Liqueur
  • ½ ounce of lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ALB Vodka with all ingredients into shaker with ice
  2. Shake until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with lime wedge

PECAN PIE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces pecan-infused ALB Vodka
  • 1 oz Baileys
  • 1oz half & half or non dairy substitute
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

First, infuse ALB Vodka with pecans:

  1. Toast 1 cup pecans in 350º F until aromatic. (5 min)
  2. Let the pecans cool, then drop into a resealable jar. Fill jar with ALB Vodka.
  3. Store in a cool and dark place for 1-2 weeks.

When ready to enjoy:

  1. Combine ALB Vodka + pecan infusion with all other ingredients into shaker with ice
  2. Shake until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
